Reset The Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds
When only one headset works
- Long press the touch key on both sides 5 seconds to turn off the earphone first, then keep to press 10 more seconds then release, the reset operation is completed.
- Please put them into the charging case and take them out again(or long press the touch key about 5 seconds you will hear a voice say power on.)
- The headsets are entering paring mode, wait for a while and you will hear a voice say ”TWS connected”. Then you can connect your device. If you device shows two earphones in the Bluetooth menu you will need to repeat the steps above as they are not paired with each other.
- Please do not overuse this earphone or put it under heavy pressure, keep away from wet and heat.
- Keep away from WIFI, router or other high frequency transmitting equipment to prevent interruption.
- Please use this earphone under its working range(10m).
Bluetooth Pairing(Using a single headset):
- Open the upper cover of the charging case and take out any one of the headset, the headset will automatic turn on.
- Now the headset will flash red/ blue, simply open up the Bluetooth menu in your device and search for TWS. As soon as it appears click on it and the headsets will be paired with your device automatically. (Note: When connected to left one, three click the left headset only to play the previous song; When connected to the right one, double click the right headset only to play the next song .)
Bluetooth Pairing(Using a pair of headsets):
- Open the upper cover of the charging box and take out the headsets, then the headsets are automatic pairing.
- Now the L-left / R-right headsets will flash red / blue and then only blue a voice will say “TWS connected” meaning the headsets are paired together. Only one headset is now flashing blue.
- The headsets are now ready to get paired with your Bluetooth device via the Bluetooth menu in your smartphone or other Bluetooth device. Simply open up the Bluetooth menu in your device and search for TWS. As soon as it appears click on it and the headsets will be paired with your device automatically.
- Listen to music and enjoy. Double click the Left/Right headset to Play / Pause music. Three click the left headset to play the previous song, three click the right headset to play the next song.
- When you answer a call, Double click on any of the two headsets. When you end the call long press the touch key about 2 seconds.
After the headsets are paired once with your device, next time the pairing will be done automatically, thanks to the Realtek Bluetooth chip available in the headsets. In other words, you do not need to look for your Bluetooth device the next time you wish to pair them with your device. The headsets are paired with your phone or Bluetooth device automatically when turned on again.
- Shows the battery level remaining when the headsets are paired with your smartphone. This will be visible in the top corner of your devices screen.
- When you do not need to listen to music or want to turn off the headsets, simply put the headset into the charging box (OR hold down the touch key until you hear “power off”). Then the headsets are now turned off.
When the headset is turned on and connected to your smartphone or other Bluetooth device, you can listen to music or have conversations. When you receive calls or make calls from your phone, both headsets work at the same time due to the Realtek chip installed.
Multifunction Button Control (Main Button):
Play / Pause / Reply / Decline / Hang up / Call / Activate Siri. The earphone can be used for both ears or as single in one ear you choose. For activating Siri just long press the touch key about 2 seconds.
When you plug both headsets into the supplied charging box, it lights up first red when charging and blue when the headsets are fully charged. The headsets are magnetic as well as the charging box connector for long lasting usage. Meaning when plugged in the charging box the headsets will not fall out easily out of the charging box.

When battery low, simply press the box button, it flash up red and lights up red when the box is fully charged.
